Free standard delivery is available on all orders Available from a minimum order value of CHF 99.00 in Switzerland and CHF 149.00 in Germany and Austria and is automatically valid for the entire range at checkout. The cooperation partners are excluded from this.

Bulky goods surcharge
Items with a bulky goods surcharge have increased shipping handling costs. Therefore, there is a bulky goods surcharge of 20 SFr. for these items. charged (only applies to deliveries abroad). This surcharge is charged once per item item, regardless of the quantity of the item ordered, and also applies to free shipping promotions or if the free shipping value limit is exceeded.
Delivery conditions and restrictions
We only ship on working days so that you have your order in your hands as quickly as possible. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Germany.
